China JYFJS-011 Aluminum Alloy Electromagnetic Gas Shut-off Valve - Reliable Suppliers & Factory
Working Principle and Structural Diagram
- This valve is a normally open shut-off valve with a holding control mode. It remains open without power during normal operation and can automatically close upon receiving a shut-off signal. After closing, it can be manually opened and will automatically close again upon receiving another shut-off signal.
- When a leakage accident occurs, the alarm system sounds an alert, instantly providing a DC pulse voltage to the solenoid valve. The coil is energized, driving the valve to quickly close, cutting off the gas source and entering a self-locking state.
- When a gas leak occurs, the alarm's capacitor continuously releases a 3-second DC pulse voltage, energizing the coil, closing the valve to cut off the gas supply, and entering a self-locking state.
- The interaction of instantaneous electromagnetic force of the coil, permanent magnetic force, and spring force is used to achieve pulse drive, automatic valve closing, and manual valve opening self-holding functions.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
-
What is the normal operating state of the JYFJS-011 solenoid valve? The JYFJS-011 is a normally open shut-off valve. It remains in the open position without power during normal operation, allowing gas to flow freely until a shut-off signal is received.
-
How does the valve close when a gas leak is detected? When the alarm system detects a gas leak, it instantly sends a DC pulse voltage to the solenoid valve coil. The energized coil drives the valve to close quickly, cutting off the gas source and entering a self-locking state.
-
What is the self-locking function and why is it important? After the valve closes due to a leak signal, it enters a self-locking state, meaning it stays closed even after the pulse signal ends. This ensures the gas supply remains cut off until the situation is manually assessed and the valve is intentionally reopened for safety.
-
How is the valve manually reopened after it has closed? After the valve closes and enters self-locking mode, it can be manually reopened using the Reset Device (component #6). Once reopened, it will automatically close again upon receiving another shut-off signal from the alarm system.
-
What type of power signal is used to trigger the valve closure? The valve is triggered by a DC pulse voltage. The alarm system's capacitor releases a 3-second DC pulse voltage that energizes the coil, causing the valve to close and enter the self-locking state.
-
What forces are involved in the valve's operating mechanism? The valve operates through the interaction of three forces: the instantaneous electromagnetic force generated by the coil, the permanent magnetic force, and the spring force. Together, these forces enable pulse drive, automatic valve closing, and manual valve opening with self-holding functionality.
