China Aluminum Alloy Electromagnetic Shut-off Valve JYFJS-011 Series - Reliable Suppliers & Factory

Product Overview

Introducing the JYFJS-011 emergency shut-off valve, a top-tier product from our factory in China. This gas emergency shut-off valve is designed to ensure the safety and reliability of gas pipeline systems. It connects seamlessly with gas alarm systems and other intelligent terminal control modules, enabling both automatic and manual emergency shut-off of gas sources. Our valve requires manual opening to adhere to safety handling standards, thereby meeting all necessary gas incident handling requirements.

Application

Our leak detector, part of the JYFJS-011 range, is utilized across various industries, including petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, metallurgy, refining, gas distribution, biochemical medicine, and agriculture. Trustworthy suppliers in China rely on our reliable products to enhance safety and efficiency in their operations.

    Working Principle and Structural Diagram

    • This valve is a normally open shut-off valve with a holding control mode. It remains open without power during normal operation and can automatically close upon receiving a shut-off signal. After closing, it can be manually opened and will automatically close again upon receiving another shut-off signal.
    • When a leakage accident occurs, the alarm system sounds an alert, instantly providing a DC pulse voltage to the solenoid valve. The coil is energized, driving the valve to quickly close, cutting off the gas source and entering a self-locking state.
    • When a gas leak occurs, the alarm's capacitor continuously releases a 3-second DC pulse voltage, energizing the coil, closing the valve to cut off the gas supply, and entering a self-locking state.
    • The interaction of instantaneous electromagnetic force of the coil, permanent magnetic force, and spring force is used to achieve pulse drive, automatic valve closing, and manual valve opening self-holding functions.

    Frequently Asked Questions
Q What is the default state of this solenoid shut-off valve when there is no power supply?
This valve is a normally open shut-off valve. It remains in the open position without power during normal operation, ensuring uninterrupted gas flow. It only closes when it receives a shut-off signal or when power is applied to the solenoid coil.
Q How does the valve respond when a gas leak is detected by the alarm system?
When the alarm system detects a gas leak, it instantly sends a DC pulse voltage to the solenoid valve. The coil becomes energized, which drives the valve to quickly close, cutting off the gas source. The valve then enters a self-locking state to prevent accidental reopening.
Q What is the duration of the DC pulse voltage released by the alarm's capacitor?
When a gas leak occurs, the alarm's capacitor continuously releases a 3-second DC pulse voltage. This energizes the coil, closes the valve to cut off the gas supply, and places the valve into a self-locking state.
Q How can the valve be reopened after it has automatically closed?
After the valve automatically closes and enters self-locking state, it can be manually reopened by operating the reset device (component #6). Once manually opened, the valve will automatically close again upon receiving another shut-off signal from the alarm system.
Q What forces are involved in the valve's operating mechanism?
The valve operates through the interaction of three forces: the instantaneous electromagnetic force of the solenoid coil, the permanent magnetic force, and the spring force. The combination of these forces enables pulse drive operation, automatic valve closing, and manual valve opening with self-holding functionality.
Q What are the main structural components of the JYFJS-011 solenoid valve?
The JYFJS-011 solenoid valve consists of 9 key components: the valve body, diaphragm, valve cover, spring, actuator, reset device, dust cover, moving iron core, and sealing ring. Each component plays a critical role in ensuring reliable gas shut-off performance and long service life.
