Product Overview

 

The SD3001 portable gas detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) adopts advanced large-scale integrated circuit technology, international standard intelligent design technology, and proprietary digital-analog hybrid communication technology to create a fully intelligent gas detector. The detector uses natural diffusion to detect gases, with high-quality gas sensors as the sensitive components, offering excellent sensitivity and outstanding repeatability. It is easy to use and maintain, greatly meeting the reliability requirements of industrial site safety monitoring equipment. The shell is made of high-strength engineering plastic, which has high strength, a good feel, and is waterproof, dustproof, and explosion-proof.

    Structure of the Detector
    The main components are the shell, circuit board, battery, display screen, sensor, and charger.

    Prevent this device from falling from a height or experiencing severe shocks.
    When high concentrations of gas are present, the device may not function properly.
    Please strictly follow the instructions for operation and use, otherwise it may lead to inaccurate test results or damage to the machine.
    This product must not be stored or used in environments containing corrosive gases (such as high concentrations of chlorine gas, etc.), nor should it be used or stored in other harsh environments, including excessively high or low temperatures, high humidity, electromagnetic fields, and strong sunlight.
    If there is dirt on the surface of the machine after long-term use, please use a clean soft cloth dipped in water to gently wipe it. Do not use corrosive solvents or hard objects to wipe the surface of the machine, as this may cause scratches or damage.
    To ensure detection accuracy, the machine should be calibrated regularly, and the calibration period should not exceed one year.

    Do not disassemble or replace the battery pack, nor charge the battery pack in an explosive gas environment. It is not allowed to use peripheral plug-in devices without explosion-proof certification in explosive gas environments; nor is it allowed to replace sensors.
    Storage
    The detector should be stored in a ventilated room with an ambient temperature of -10℃ to 55℃ and a relative humidity not exceeding 85%RH. The air should not contain harmful gases or impurities that could corrode the detector.
    Accessories and Others
    The supporting detection instrument includes one packing box, one portable single gas detector, one charger, one manual, and one warranty card with a certificate of conformity.
